Level 2 Prehab Workout

Congratulations on progressing to level 2 of the Functional Mobility Phase of the Healthy Posture System™ (Prehab Program).  Now that you know how to sit, stand and walk without losing neutral spine alignment, let’s condition you to pick object off the floor without faulty loading in your neck, low back hips and knees.

Daily Workout

Home Exercise Program:

  1. Perform this workout twice daily for 1 week or as prescribed.
  2. Watch the Level 3 Prehab workout before your next online coaching session.  The password should be included in your week 1 wrap-up email.
  3. Perform your hourly mobility exercise then start the next hour sitting without back support for as long as you can to start the next hour.

Hourly Mobility Exercise

Perform the Assisted Chest Lift each day at 10:00 and 2:00 to restore access to neutral spine alignment.  Perform the Level 2 Hourly Mobility Exercise to reset your posture, then start that hour in neutral spine alignment.

Lifestyle Modifications

At level 2 of the Healthy Posture System, we are focused on supporting your upright posture.  You should be able to sit and or stand in neutral spine alignment for 10+ minutes.  You are getting in/out of a chair without forward head posture.  We suggest getting a body pillow to help you sleep in neutral spine.
