Prehab Program for the PICL Procedure

Get the most out of your PICL!

Our PICL Prehab program was developed in close collaboration with the Centeno-Schultz clinic to help you prepare for your upcoming PICL procedures. The program conditions you to perform all your daily tasks post-procedure without forward head posture.

You will be medically guided through 12 levels of neutral spine conditioning to break the faulty loading patterns contributing to your CCI.  Your posture plays a significant role in your recovery.  We are experts in teaching you the exercises, lifestyle modifications and joint clearing techniques required to safely restore healthy loading through your neck.

Posture Restoration for a Complete Recovery

This program is the same program we use to treat clients after the PICL procedure.  It is also ideal for those trying to avoid the PICL procedure through posture restoration.

The Science Behind the Program

The Problem

Technology has us stuck in collapsed posture.  This causes forward head and head tilt posture which places more stress on the ligaments in your neck.  If you have forward head or head tilt posture, you won't get the best outcomes from your PICL Procedure.  You can restore your ability to function without forward head posture.
