Level 1 Prehab Workout

If you have an upcoming medical procedure or surgery, let’s maximize your ability to reach a full recovery by restoring your ability to function from neutral spine alignment. Completing level 1 of our Prehab program will teach you how to get in/out of chair without faulty loading in the neck and low back. We will also explore sitting and sleeping strategies to facilitate your healing.
