Healthy Posture for Kids No more technology posture!

Our Healthy Posture for Kids program conditions your child to maintain neutral alignment during school, play and while computing to promote healthy development of their musculoskeletal systems.

We will teach your child how to exercise from neutral spine alignment to ensure safe musculoskeletal development.  Strengthening exercises from healthy posture significantly reduces your risk of injury and establishes a foundation for lifelong safe functional fitness.
