What is Sciatica

Sciatica is any condition that causes pain down the path of the sciatic nerve.  Sciatica occurs when the nerve root of the sciatic nerve is pinched.  Although it can come from a bulging or herniated disc, we find that it usually starts as a result of misalignments in the sacrum, pelvis and/or lumbar spine.
