

Level 2 Prehab Workout
Congratulations on progressing to level 2 of the Prehab Program. Now that you know how to sit, stand and walk without losing neutral spine alignment, let’s condition you to pick object off the floor without faulty loading in your neck, low back hips and knees.
Perform this workout twice daily for 1 week minimum or as instructed.
Spine Mobility Exercise


Perform 4 Seated Chest Lifts and 4 Spine Twists at 10:00 and 2:00 to restore access to neutral spine alignment. Start the next hour from healthy sitting posture without back support.
