I have been working with Todd and Jennifer for the past six months focusing on healthy ways to move to reduce long-standing cervical migraines and neck issues associated with a car accident injury. I had tried Pilates, yoga and traditional PT in the past but those activities worsened my symptoms. My pain has been reduced significantly and Todd has also taught me exercises to help when my symptoms flare up.
My osteoporosis had accelerated over the past 5 years due to reduced exercising and Todd has helped me turn that around. My recent bone density Tscore is -2.6, down from -3.1 in 2022. Todd has made a tremendous difference in the quality of my life.
I have been working with Todd and Jenn 2-3X/week for nearly 3 years. Todd is extremely knowledgeable and his unique healthy posture and neutral spinal alignment approach to physical therapy has been life changing for me. He works in concert with my interventional orthopedists and has been instrumental in helping me with my complex array of multifocal degenerative disc disease, ligamentous laxity, craniocervical instability, shoulder instability and hip instability. We have had only a few in person visits and though we live several states away from one another, my husband and I are very impressed with his ability to accurately assess, assist, train and provide correct mobilization strategies using a virtual platform. He is very willling to work me in urgently if I have an acute flare up and he is very good at follow up to make sure things are going OK. I couldn't be happier with his expertise and highly recommend this program!

Hi, all! I wanted to share a major milestone and a resource that has helped me. I am 6 months post-PICL #1.
At the 4 month mark, I felt like I had hit a plateau with making meaningful progress. Someone posted a resource for the Healthy Posture Club, who offer an online prehab program for PICL patients and those with CCI. I started working with them, and I stared making progress again. The program has conditioned me to hold my head in a neutral position during daily activities (sitting, standing, lifting and climbing stairs, etc.). Sine starting, I have rarely needed AO adjustments. The past weekend, I built a bed frame by myself for 90 minutes and when I went to my chiropractor a few days later, my AO joint was still in place.
The main thing I am grateful for is that the conditioning program has helped me feel like I have much more control over this condition, which has so often made me feel helpless. I highly recommend checking out Healthy Posture Club for neck pain and specifically neck pain from CCI. This isn’t an ad or anything, I am just really regretful that I did not know about this program before my procedure or even earlier on in my recovery. And thank you to whoever posted about it back when I found the original Facebook post. Happy healing, friends.
