

Neck and Core Stability Workout (Level 1)
The Neck and Core Stability Series is designed to condition you to maintain neutral spine alignment in a controlled environment without gravity to prepare you for safe entry into level 3 of the Healthy Posture System™.
You will be prescribed this workout series after you have completed the Functional Mobility Phase of the program and have demonstrated the ability to get into neutral spine alignment and maintain it in sitting, standing and walking.
Perform this workout twice a day unless otherwise instructed. If you have been prescribed the Level 1 Joint Clearing Routine, please perform it before this workout to make sure you have unobstructed access to neutral spine alignment. Password is the same as above.

Perform this seated spine mobility routine every day at 10:00am and 2:00pm to restore your access to neutral spine alignment. Then start the next hour sitting upright without back support hinged forward on your sit bones with a wide base of support as long as you can to start the next hour. You should have raised your monitor a few inches and transitioned to a saddle stool at this point of your neutral spine conditioning program.
