Level 2 Prehab Workout

Congratulations on progressing to level 2 of the Functional Mobility Phase of the Healthy Posture System™ (Prehab Program).  Now that you know how to sit, stand and walk without losing neutral spine alignment, let’s condition you to pick object off the floor without faulty loading in your neck, low back hips and knees.

Daily Workout

Perform this workout twice daily for 1 week or as prescribed.  Watch the Level 3 Prehab workout before your next online coaching session.  The password should be included in your week 1 wrap-up email.

Perform 4 Seated Chest Lifts and 4 Spine Twists at 10:00 and 2:00 to restore access to neutral spine alignment.  Start the next hour from healthy sitting posture without back support.
