Functional fitness workouts include 4 repetitions of the previous levels of each exercise to ensure you perform all level 4 challenges from neutral spine alignment. All workout videos are password protected to ensure safe progression. You are provided level 4 passwords only when you have demonstrated the ability to perform all the exercises at this level from neutral spine alignment during online coaching sessions.
