The Injury Management 8-pack provides you with 8-20 minute telehealth physical therapy sessions with a licensed and PT on Demand certified physical therapist or PTA. Your first session will be with a physical therapist who will perform 4 movement screens to confirm your needs and goals best match the milestones you will accomplish with completion of the Healthy Posture System™.
Self-care 8-pack (Save $40)
The Self-care 8-pack provides you with 8-15 minute telehealth physical therapy sessions with a licensed and PT on Demand certified physical therapist assistant to progress you to independence in your prescribed start your day routine. Start your day routines are designed to ensure you never perform strengthening exercises or functional conditioning exercises with joint misalignments. Not available for purchase until you have reached level 3 of the Healthy Posture System™.
Functional Fitness 8-pack
The Functional Fitness 8-pack provides you with 8-15 minute telehealth physical therapy sessions with a licensed and PT on Demand certified physical therapist assistant or functional fitness specialist to safely progress you to the level of the Healthy Posture System™ that matches your goals and needs. Not available for purchase until you have reached level 3 of the Healthy Posture System™.
